A Medicare Annual Wellness Visit is different from a traditional physical exam. It focuses on prevention, planning, and safety, rather than treating acute illness.

During this visit, we review medical history, medications, memory, fall risk, vaccinations, and future health planning. It’s also a chance to talk about advance care planning and what matters most as you age.

These visits are an important part of proactive, whole-person care and help identify issues early — before they become bigger problems.
